What This Policy Means For You
Most digital products are final sale. PLR products have a 30-day refund period. Directory listings and article placements are not refundable after work has started.
Standard Digital Products
Because downloadable digital products cannot be returned after delivery, standard digital-product purchases are final sale unless the product page specifically states otherwise.
PLR Products
PLR products include a 30-day refund period. Requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase and include enough information for us to locate the order.
Listings And Articles
Directory-page rentals and blog or sponsored-article services are not refundable once research, writing, design, setup or other work has started.
Standard Digital Products Are Final Sale
Digital products are normally delivered or made accessible immediately. Once a file, download, access credential or other digital deliverable has been provided, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product. For that reason, we do not provide refunds for standard digital products unless a different policy is stated on the applicable product page.
If a file is missing, damaged, incomplete or inaccessible, please contact us. We will make a good-faith effort to correct the delivery problem, replace the affected file or help you access what you purchased.
30-Day Refund Policy For PLR Products
Private Label Rights (PLR) products are covered by a 30-day refund period. To request a refund, submit the contact form within 30 calendar days of purchase and include your order number, the email address used at checkout and the name of the PLR product.
Any license restrictions, prohibited uses or obligations that applied before a refund remain enforceable. A refund does not grant permission to continue using, reselling, distributing or publishing the refunded PLR material.
Directory Listings And Sponsored Or Blog Articles
Payments for directory listings, directory-page rentals, sponsored articles, blog articles and related promotional work are not refundable after work has started. Work may include research, writing, editing, design, image preparation, page setup, listing configuration, revisions or publication preparation.
If we have not started the work, contact us promptly and we will review the request based on the applicable order, proposal or agreement.
Renewals And Contract Obligations
You may cancel a future renewal by providing notice according to the terms shown in your order or contract. Canceling a renewal prevents future renewal charges after the applicable term; it does not cancel amounts already due.
You remain responsible for completing any payment term, minimum commitment or other obligation required by an existing contract. A cancellation request does not erase work already completed or contractual obligations already accepted.
